The Montague MONV1G Thermostat with Dial FDO is designed to monitor and regulate oven temperatures during cooking operations. It operates on a temperature sensing mechanism which senses the temperature changes and activates the heating system properly to keep the set temperature. The dial is integrated, and allows manual adjustment between 150F and 500F. This thermostat is designed to be installed inside the control compartment of a compatible convection oven, and is the essential temperature control elements. It is used to controlling heating operations for baking, roasting, holding and other commercial cooking uses.
