The Vulcan Hart 00-428807-00001 Control Valve to regulate flow of gas to the burner, allowing the user to control the oven's temperature. The valve has 1/2" MPT in/out with 7/16" CCT fittings and a 1/8" FPT Pilot out just with a 1/4" CCT fitting as well as a 36" capillary tube and a 3/16" x 4-3/4" bulb. The oven control valve provides accurate temperature control from 550°F to 550°F for producing consistent cooking outcomes. This valve stands out because its temperature calibration and bypass flame changes system enables users to achieve optimal results during operation.
