The Pitco P6071273 Fryer Thermostat Knob is a manual control interface which is compatible with other thermostats. It has a diameter of 2-1/4 inches and works by transmitting rotational input by the user to the internal thermostat shaft. It is installed on the fryer control panel and it gives the operators the opportunity to choose and adjust cooking temperatures based on the needs of the various food products. Its positioning in the fryer system is essential to the accurate temperature control and regular fryers. The knob should be replaced in case it is damaged, loose, or hard to turn during normal operation.
