The Rankin Delux RANTB02 Radiant is a heat distribution product designed to be used in commercial broiler. It has a 1/2-inch lip and is 0.125-inch thick with a 20-inch by 4-3/4-inch size to fit above the burner to absorb and radiate heat evenly across the cooking surface. This assists in maintaining the same cooking temperatures and also assists in keeping the burner out of the reach of grease and drippings. It is installed in the broiler assembly, and it is a component of the heating system. Its operativity assists in heat transfer, less flare-ups and also assists in stable performance during grilling processes.
