The Rankin Delux TB02 Radiant is a heat distribution plate that can be utilized in commercial broiler. It is placed above the burner and is 0.125 inches thick and 20 inches by 4-3/4 inches in size. The 1/2-inch lip assists in ensuring that it fits in the broiler assembly. This element also protects the burner against drippings of grease and food which assists to operate more cleanly. It is part of the heating system and assists in the distribution of temperatures and also assists in maintaining even cooking conditions when performing grilling tasks in kitchen settings.
