The Southbend SOU1180938 Mechanical Latch with Strike Brass Roller and Insulated is a door latch for commercial combi ovens. It hold the oven door closed during use assisting in the retention of heat and humidity inside the oven. The brass roller strikes the strike to facilitate door closure and the insulated design assists minimise heat loss to the outside it cooperates with hinges and gaskets to seal the door. This part maintains optimal cooking conditions in kitchens to ensure the door is securely closed and to assists maintain oven stability.
