The Star Mfg SP2-30402 Top Mount Pan Assembly 1/2 inch drain is a collection and drainage part that is compatible with commercial foodservice equipment. This pan is fitted in the top part of the appliance to trap the liquids, grease or condensation that may be generated during the use of the appliance. It is placed inside the equipment structure and is used to control the liquid run off and keep the area of operation inside the unit cleaner. The assembly belongs to the fluid control internal management system of the appliance in normal use.
