The Star Mfg WS-50402 Top Mount Pan Assembly 1/2 inch drain is intended to be used with other compatible equipment to control the food placement and liquid drainage. It is placed on the top of the unit and holds serving pans and also permits regulated drainage during use. This assembly is a component of the holding system that is attached to the well structure to ensure that it is in the right position. It is fitted during service when there is damage to drainage or alignment. The assembly applies in commercial kitchens where liquid transportation and temperature control are used with the food service.
