The Dormont T3-BZ002-18 Flexible Corrugated Stainless Steel Pilot Tube Assembly 3/16 x 18 is a gas that is used to provide fuel to the burner in commercial appliances in a consistent manner. It is used in ranges, fryers, ovens and other foodservice equipment where a steady pilot flame is required to initiate ignition. The tube is installed between the gas supply connection and the pilot assembly and provides the controlled flow of gas which can be adjusted and positioned in the appliance.
