The Lang LG2T-30402-36 Electric Griddle Thermostat 200–550°F is a temperature-sensing control used to regulate the heating cycle of compatible cooking equipment. Its 1/4-inch diameter, 7-1/2-inch sensing bulb continuously measure the griddle plate temperature while 24-inch capillary tube connect the bulb to the thermostat body. When the selected temperature is reached the thermostat interrupts power to the heating elements and restores it as the surface cools. This operating cycle maintain controlled cooking temperatures and support uniform heat across the griddle surface.
