The Vulcan Hart VH404076 Burner Valve 3/8-27 outlet 1/8 outlet is a type of gas flow control part that in commercial cooking equipment to control the amount of fuel that is delivered to separate burners. It fits at the 1/8 inlet of the gas supply at the 1/8 inlet and gives a regulated flow to the burner assembly via the 3/8 27 threads, enabling the control of intensity of the flame and the amount of heat to be produced. This valve is installed in the burner of ranges and other such appliances paired up with the control knob.
