The Vulcan Hart VH719221 Burner Valve 3/8-27 Outlet 1/8 in. NPT Inlet is a gas control part in a commercial cooking part to control fuel flow to individual burners. It links to the gas supply of the appliance with the 1/8" NPT inlet and supplies a regulated output to the burner assembly with the 3/827 threaded outlet, which can be used to adjust the flame and the amount of heat it produces. This valve can be installed in the burner ranges, ovens, or such appliances, and operates in conjunction with the control knob.
