The Victory VT50197302 Defrost Control operates by measuring the coil temperature and starting timed heating periods to refrigeration units according to sensor input of the evaporator coil to control the logic of automatic defrost timing. It also synchronizes compressor shutoffs and turns on heating coils to eliminate ice formation on refrigeration coils, maintaining controlled defrost cycles in cooling processes to support a steady coil temperature recovery cycle. Fitted in a commercial refrigeration control cabinet or electrical compartment to be integrated into defrost management systems and fits the refrigeration system wiring harness layouts in walk-in cooler control assembly systems.
