The Montague 01025-1 Pilot Safety Valve Natural Gas/LP is gas control safety component designed for use with compatible commercial convection ovens that use natural gas or liquid propane. This valve controls the flow of pilot gas and detects the presence of the flame to insure secure ignition and proper operation of the burner. It is installed in the fuel management system of the oven and assists to prevent the release of unsafe gas by stopping fuel supply when the conditions of the pilot flame are not maintained. This is a part that is used in professional kitchen settings and for proper protection of gas appliances.
