The Montague P11A Convection Oven Pilot Safety Valve Natural Gas/LP is a control component that controls the flow of pilot gas and responds to the presence of the flame by controlling the flow of gas through internal safety mechanisms. It works on the concept of sensing the conditions of the pilot flame and controlling gas flow to ensure that the pilot flame is able to control the gas flow in the system as per the temperature feedback signals received from the sensing assembly. It is mounted in the convection oven gas control assembly close to the pilot line and burner manifold for integration into the ignition circuit.
