The Groen 076651 Drain Solenoid Valve is fluid control equipment that is used in kettle and cooking systems to control the discharge through the drain line. It is rated to a maximum temperature of 250°F and can operate in the range of 15 PSI with a 1/2°F FPT connection to allow it to be attached to system piping. It is linked to the electrical and plumbing system of the unit and works when the unit is in draining cycles. Replacement is usually done servicing when the flow control is not consistent, and the replacement allows it to continue.
