The Garland 1686701 2-speed Blower Motor with high efficiency running at 115V with .75 HP at high speed and .21 HP at low speed, helps to provide the right airflow for the fryer. The motor’s high speed of 1725 RPM and its low speed of 1140 RPM provide control of fryer heat and thus good control of the quality of the food to be fried. The motor is built to last, which means that the fryer systems will not overheat and will last longer.
