The Hobart 2324A Cast Iron Burner W/Shields & Air Shutter is a gas burner assembly used in commercial cooking equipment to generate heat for the designated cooking area. The burner receives fuel through the connected gas supply while air shutter regulates combustion air entering the burner to support the required gas-air mixture. The included shields form part of burner arrangement and position the assembly beneath the cooking surface.
