The Hobart 712001-A2 Cast Iron Burner W/Shields & Air Shutter is a combustion component used in compatible commercial gas cooking equipment to produce heat for designated cooking area. The burner receives gas through connected supply passage while the air shutter regulates the amount of combustion air entering the burner. The integrated shields assist position and protect burner within the cooking assembly. Measuring 13-1/4 inches long by 4-1/4 inches wide the burner fits the specified equipment configuration. It work with gas valve manifold, ignition or pilot component and cooking surface to establish the required flame pattern. The assembly can removed for inspection, cleaning, adjustment or replacement.
