The Star Mfg 2N-706A8703 Convection Oven Heating Element 300W 208V is a resistance heating element that produces heat when a current is passed through it, and responds to the signals from the thermostat to maintain the heat output, in a convection heating process in commercial systems. The element spreads the heat it produces throughout the convection chamber, which assists to keep the air in the oven evenly heated during the cycles, and provides heat dispersion in the circulating air stream of the oven chamber. It is placed inside the convection oven cavity close to the airflow assembly.
