The Southbend SOUF706A8703 Range Oven Heating Element 300W 208V that transforms electrical energy into heat by passing an electric current through a resistance coil, which produces a controlled amount of heat for the commercial cooking chamber. Heating element evenly distributes heat throughout the interior of the oven while it is on and off, depending on the set temperature, based on the temperature feedback signal from the control system. It is installed in the range oven cavity, usually behind protective panels, to facilitate the internal heating operation, and during the operation cycles, exposed to the airflow paths for heating distribution.
