The Star Mfg 2N-F706A8703 Heating Element 300W 208V is a resistive coil that generates heat from electrical energy heating the air inside a convection oven chamber in commercial systems. The current passes through the element, resulting in controlled thermal output which provides uniform heating of the oven cavity and regulated resistance of the coil structure. It is mounted in the internal heating system of the oven, close to the air flow channels for heat distribution and uniform air flow circulation in the oven during the oven operation cycles without causing a significant change in the air flow balance during the continuous heating operation phases.
