The Hobart 343432-3 Oven Element 3400 W 480V is an electrical power to heat converter that holds the temperature of the interior of the oven. It has 3400 watts of heating capacity at 480 volts and is installed in compatible commercial ovens. The element is fitted into the oven in which it is mounted into the specific heating sockets and is connected to the internal power and control circuitry. When heated, the resistive coil generates heat, which is passed on to the air and oven walls and the heating aids in the uniform cooking and baking.
