The General Electric XNC14X61 Oven Heating Element 3400W 480 V 3PH 3400 Watts of electrical energy is converted into heat to raise and sustain internal oven temperature when cooking is performed. It has 3400 watts rated heating capacity at 480 volts, and is suitable for three-phase electrical systems in compatible commercial ovens. The element is mounted into the oven cavity, where it is connected to specific terminals, which are connected to the power and control circuitry of the oven. With the heating, the flow of electrical current through the resistive coil create heat that is radiated into the cooking chamber.
