The Hobart 416280-00001 Temperature Controller With Potentiometer 3/16" 150 -450 1/4" Male Tabs work by controlling the temperature by adjusting an adjustable potentiometer that varies electrical resistance to adjust the amount of heat produced. It reacts to user-programmed level by changing the internal circuit, and keeps the chosen temperature range within the operation. This element is normally fitted in compatible commercial kitchen equipment control panels where temperature control and monitoring are needed. The D-shaft design is attached to control knob and the male tab terminals are used to make electrical connection to the wiring system of the unit to ensure the unit is consistently controlled.
