The Middleby Marshall 47796 Oven Gear Motor Kit is a 12.6 RPM, 53 watts and 90 VDC conveyor drive. It is applied in a compatible manner to drive the belt mechanism. The motor is installed as a component of the drive system of the oven and converts electrical power into coordinated rotary motion to move food products through the heating chamber. This in consistency in cooking time in large volume foodservice. The motor has speed controls and other associated parts and is usually changed during maintenance to remedy the belt movements or electrical problems that may impact the conveyor operation.
