The Middleby Marshall 64221 Oven Gear Motor Kit is a replacement kit of 12.6 RPM, 53 watts, and 90 VDC. It is applied in conveyor ovens to move the belt system. It is located in the drive part of the oven, and it controls the speed of the belts. The turn determines the time available for the product to be exposed to heat. It is used to stabilize the performance of cooking by the mechanical output constant. There is also a component of an integrated system, which also has electrical controls and gearing, and is changed during maintenance to ensure the conveyor is used operating.
