The Frymaster 8072425 LP Gas Safety Control is a apparatus that controls the flow of propane gas and checks the ignition conditions in the frying equipment. It operates by regulating the gas pressure and terminating the supply in case of unsecure operating conditions during the heating cycle. This element is fitted in the gas control part of commercial fryers where it is connected to the burner and ignition assembly to control temperature and flame. The control valve is used to coordinate the delivery of gas to ensure that the burner operates properly during the cooking process.
