The Garland GLF807-2424 LP Gas Safety Control 10" WC Model 7000 BMVR is a system that can control and monitor the flow of gas in a commercial cooking system. It operates by regulating the supply of LP gas and cutting the flow in case unsecure operating conditions are observed during ignition or burner operation.
