The Dean 810-2125 Drain Ball Valve is a manually operated flow-control component used in compatible commercial kitchens to regulate the discharge of cooking oil from the circuit. The valve use an internal ball that rotate with the handle to open or close the passage through the drain line. When opened oil can flow from fryer vat into the connected drainage or filtration system when closed passage is blocked to retain oil within the fryer. The valve is used at designated drain connection and works with drain tube, fittings and filtration system during draining operations. It can be operated or serviced as required during equipment maintenance.
