Frymaster FM810-2125 Drain Ball Valve

The Frymaster FM810-2125 Drain Ball Valve is a manually operated flow-control component used in commercial kitchens to control the discharge of cooking oil from the fryer vat. The valve use a rotating internal ball to open or close drain passage, allowing oil to flow when aligned with the outlet and stopping flow when turned to the closed position.
