The Frymaster FM8102125 Drain Ball Valve is a manually operated valve that is compatible with commercial kitchens to control the movement of cooking oil through the circuit. Its internal ball rotate with the valve handle to open passage for oil discharge or close the passage to retain oil in fryer vat. The valve is installed at designated drain connection and interface with drain tube, fittings and connected filtration or oil collection system. During filtering or draining it provide the operator with direct control over the oil flow path. The valve can be removed for inspection, cleaning, leak checking, or replacement when servicing the drain assembly.
