The Hobart 920331-00012 Pilot Orifice is a gas metering component in commercial cooking equipment to control the flow of fuel to the assembly. It has a 1/4 inch CCT connection and a 0.12-inch opening, and is intended to provide a constant flow of gas to pilot ignition in the stable. The flat design of the counter enables it to be seated and aligned during installation. In kitchen use, this hole allows flame to be used, which is necessary to maintain burner ignition.
