The Pitco B6718701 Temperature Probe Leads Parker Fitting 2-Pin White Terminal Block SS W/9" is a sensing and connection part used in commercial fryer systems to monitor temperature. It has a Parker fitting and a two-pin white terminal block, which transmits temperature data of the probe to the control system. The 9-inch lead length will enable it to be properly positioned in the fryer assembly. Installed as part of the temperature regulation circuit it maintains accurate heat control during operation.
