The Pitco B6718701C Temperature Probe Leads Parker Fitting 2-Pin White Terminal Block SS W/9" is a lead assembly designed to be used in commercial systems. It links the probe to the control board which allows the transmission of temperature signals correctly. It has a two-pin terminal block and stainless steel fitting, which ensures a stable connection in the equipment. It is installed in the fryer assembly to control heating cycles in temperature feedback.
