The Blodgett BL7855 Oven Gas Valve Handle and Screw assembly is designed to operate on systems that are compatible with it in a secure manner. Its handle size is 3 inch by 1 inch, and 1/4 inch D-stem connection permits the position of the valves to be adjusted during operation. The handle is attached to the valve stem and the screw provided allows it to be held. This assembly is usually changed as the handle ceases to give a solid attachment or adjustment becomes irregular, which aids in the stability of the gas control in the commercial operating conditions.
