The Comstock Castle COM33 Thermostat Kit BJWA Style 250-550F TEMP BULB 3/16" X 11-5/8" 48" CAP is designed to detect temperature changes via a capillary bulb attached to a BJWA style thermostat mechanism and convert the temperature changes into control signals. The adjustment range changes with temperature, allowing the thermostat body to control the adjustment without any computations or electronics outside the thermostat assembly, by converting the expansion of the bulb to mechanical action. It is mounted on the control panels of commercial cooking or heating equipment, where the temperature needs to be monitored and regulated to ensure controlled operation conditions in the equipment during operation cycles.
