The Pitco 60142001 Dual Solenoid Gas Valve 3/8" 120V 165000 BTU is a fuel management valve that regulates the flow of gas to the burner assembly for commercial fryer systems. Dual solenoid operation provides the valve opening and closing operation to respond to the fryer control setting and safety sequences on a 120-volt circuit. It is installed in the vicinity of the burner and manifold area of the fryer and assists in the control of the heating operation and good ignition performance. The valve supports maintaining the temperature uniformity and accurate gas system performance in frying within the units.
