The Bakers Pride R3201A Dual Solenoid Gas Valve 3/8" 120V 165000 BTU is a gas flow control valve that is used to control the fuel flow to the burners in commercial ovens and cooking equipment. The assembly has two solenoids that are used in conjunction with the appliance control system to, control gas flow and react to the heating demands.
