The Vulcan Hart 00-713656 Dual Solenoid Gas Valve is a high-performance component used for commercial kitchen equipment such as griddles and convection ovens. This dual solenoid valve operates at 165,000 BTU, for precise control of gas for efficient heating and cooking performance. Its 3/8" FPT gas connection on both the inlet and outlet from our valve allows it to work in natural gas and liquid propane situations. The 120V-powered, normally closed valve increases safety by preventing gas flow when not in use.

Installation Steps

Step1: Turn off the gas supply to the griddle and disconnect power.

Step2: Close any upstream valves and relieve the system pressure.

Step3: Remove the old solenoid valve and inspect the piping for corrosion.

Step4: Position the new valve in line with the correct flow direction indicated on the body.
