The Duke DUK153034 Motor 2-Speed is an electrical drive motor that is compatible with the convection oven. This motor is rated at 1/2-1/4 HP with 1725 and 1140 RPM at 115 volts and is mounted in the blower assembly of the oven to circulate air over heating elements and food product as it is operating. It helps in the maintenance of uniform airflow patterns that help in uniform heating and product throughput. This motor is replaced during service when the performance of the blower is decreased. It is combined with mounting brackets, fan blades, and internal wiring to continue working in commercial kitchens and foodservice settings.
