The Frymaster FM803-0170 Fryer Filter Paper PK/100 is a disposable sheet that is used with compatible electric equipment to remove food particles and debris. After cooking, it is put into the fryer filtration tray or basket, where it collects crumbs, batter residue and other solids, and then the oil is pumped back into the tank. In foodservice operations, cafeterias and commercial kitchens where frying is done, the sheets facilitate the management of oil by minimizing suspended contaminants and they serve as the conduit through which oil passes and keep it clean.
