The Lang LG2N11120-14 French Plate Element is a heat generator that produces heat by passing electrical current through the resistance coil, which produces the required temperatures to be used in cooking. The circular component spreads the heat uniformly on its surface and it can be in contact with cookware uniformly. It is made to fit into commercial cooking equipment and is mounted directly below the cooking surface, with a connection to the electrical supply. Its design makes the element fit in the system to give direct heat to the cooking space without any hindrance.
