The Stero STA2N-11120-14 French Plate Element 9" DIA 2600W 480 V is used to heat by converting electrical energy into thermal energy to create a uniform surface temperature to be used in cooking. It spreads the heat evenly on its circular surface by having resistance coils embedded in it and enables controlled heating to prepare food. This element is installed inside the cooking surface of commercial kitchen equipment and is directly connected to the power supply to allow the system to operate.
