The Stero STA2N11120-14 French Plate Element is a heat generator that produce heat by converting electrical energy into thermal energy by using its coiled resistance wire. The heat is evenly distributed over the surface of the element as the electricity passes through it producing a uniform cooking or warming temperature. This part is meant to be fitted directly under the cooking plate and it blend well with the appliance to give it effective heat dispersion. It has been designed to be mounted and electrically connected, so that into the system housing without any problem.
