The Pitco PP10803 LCH Type Hi-Limit Thermostat W/Manual Reset 1/4" Bulb is a temperature control component for commercial fryer systems to detect excessive heat. This hi-limit thermostat will stop the electrical operation if the temperature goes above the preset safety level, which will prevent overheating of the fryer components. The manual reset is used to reset the system after activation, which needs to be done by the operator. It is used in commercial frying units where temperature is vital for operation.
