The Pitco PTP6072128 Tube Screen 11-1/2" X 11 1/2" operate by passing the fryer oil through a tube system that filters out food particles and debris and assists in keeping the oil cleaner as it is used. It permits oil to go through and captures bigger residues that may interfere with the operation of the fryer. The screen is placed either over or around the fryer tube within the frypot to serve as a shield between heating components and free-floating particle. It is made in the form of a mesh panel that fit in the fryer assembly to facilitate the steady flow of oil and separation of undesired solid.
