The Vulcan Hart 00-713803 Safety Thermostat is used to regulate the temperature within commercial cooking equipment, such as ovens, fryers, or grills and a safety part which protects cooking equipment from overheating hazards. The automatic safety mechanism of this thermostat continuously checks the appliance temperature. When the temperature reaches beyond the set safe operating threshold the safety thermostat will instantly cut off gas supply to the burners stopping heat production and protecting against fire and equipment damage. The cooking equipment safety by rapidly cutting off gas supply during temperatures beyond safe limits.
