The Frymaster 8100786 Safety Valve with Bushing is an essential safety part used to release and regulate the amount of natural gas that flows in a commercial fryer. It makes the operation safe, in that gas is automatically cut during unsafe conditions thereby avoiding cases where gas may leak or pose a dangerous effect. This valve has 1/2" inlet, 1/2" x 3/8" bushing which fits well to perform reliably. It provides gas control accuracy that safeguards equipment and operators, and as an essential component of a fryer safety system.
