The Groen Z099988 Safety Valve Natural/LPG W/1/2" X 3/8" is a valve that regulates and senses gas flow in natural gas or LPG liquid propane gas commercial cooking equipment. It is designed to open to permit the flow of fuel during normal operation and to automatically close or shut off gas flow if unsecure conditions, abnormal pressures, or flame problems are sensed.
